Located in Virginia Beach, VA Oceana Sensor Module LLC (OSM) has designed an integrated component with multi-layered embedded programming tools that will revolutionize wireless sensing. The key element of OSM’s solution is a hardware device called a Wireless Sensor Module or a WSeM™ that is approximately the same size as two (2) pennies end to end. The design of the WseM™ is the result of years of market investigation, consultation and development with a major worldwide chip manufacturer and major industrial companies who indicated that low-power and easily implementable WIFI sensor solutions were a mandatory to the market. OSM markets its products to its current industrial clients who have expressed interest in implementing the new WIFI based sensor network system.

This technology leverages existing OEM infrastructure and allows them to easily convert their wired product lines to a wireless offering. . Determining that the concept of the wireless sensor module was extremely valid and necessary, Oceana Sensor Module LLC initiated operations in 2005. Its’ genesis is Oceana Sensor Technologies Inc. (OST), a leading provider of vibration sensors and automated, wireless Condition Based Maintenance and Physical Asset Management solutions to industry for over 12 years.
