Wireless Sensor Module (WSeM™)

The key element of OSM’s product line is hardware called a Wireless Sensor Module or a WSeM™. It contains an analog to digital converter/filter, an on-board processor, and 802.11 wireless communications (Wi-Fi®) all on one printed circuit board. The WSeM™ is simple to implement into an existing product or new product design because it comes with configuration tools, sensor reference designs and full communications protocols. The WSeM™ can accommodate four different analog sensors. It is ready to communicate to existing access points, PCs, PLC’s and more.

WSeM™ Starter Kit

The WSeM™ Starter Kit provides our customers with all the tools necessary to rapidly and easily make their sensors wireless. The kit has been assembled with ease of use in mind. Oceana Sensor is committed to reducing design time which means increased effectiveness and quicker to market for your products. We have focused on easier development and implementation of 802.11 compatible wireless sensing products. No software development is necessary, just attach the sensor to the board and configure the node with the supplied WSeM™ Toolkit and data will immediately be transmitted to the Demo Data Viewer which is also supplied.
